Cardio & Strength


Classes change on a daily basis, with emphasis on Strengthening with Cardio Bursts.  Use of Strength Machines, Cardio Machines, Free Weights, Bars, TRX. Taught by New Life Fitness Owner, Lori and Fitness Instructor, Nancy (40 Minutes). 



Zumba is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. Taught by Dance Fitness Instructor, Nancy.


Cardio Circut 

Full Body workout in our Group Exercise Room.  Stations include BOSU, Free Weights, Bands, Twist Fit Boards, STEPS, Balance Beam.  Always something new! Taught by New Life Owner, Lori.



Combination of Pilates, YOGA and Low Impact Cardio, taught by Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Leader, Melanie. 


STEP Class

Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular platform  Our classes combine step aerobics with body sculpting and core work. This class will get your heart and lungs in shape while toning your whole body. Our step aerobics class is a terrific cross-training activity. Taught by Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Melanie.


Boot Camp

Join Ruben, an Army Veteran and a Certified Personal Trainer and New Life Fitness Owner, Lori for challenging Bootcamp Workouts.

Bootcamp takes place both inside and outside, depending on the weather.
