What’s not to love? Everyone is so nice and helpful. I really enjoy the Zumba classes and the sweet ladies who teach and they don’t care that I have 2 left feet! I’ve never been to gym where everyone is so welcoming. I’m looking forward to reaching my goals while having fun with old and new friends!

Zumba

Zumba is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.

This Class uses our Strength Training Machines and New Life Cardio Machines. Great class to learn the machines and challenge participants in gaining strength and endurance.  Heart rates go up, while we move with purpose!

STEP

Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular platform  Our classes combine step aerobics with body sculpting and core work. This class will get your heart and lungs in shape while toning your whole body. Our step aerobics class is a terrific cross-training activity.
