Zumba is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. Taught by Dance Fitness Instructor, Nancy.

Cardio & Strength


Classes change on a daily basis, with emphasis on Strengthening with Cardio Bursts.  Use of Strength Machines, Cardio Machines, Free Weights, Bars, TRX. Taught by New Life Fitness Owner, Lori and Fitness Instructor, Nancy.


Cardio Circut 

Full Body workout in our Group Exercise Room.  Heart rates go up, while we move with purpose! Taught by New Life Owner, Lori.

Boot Camp

Bootcamp is an intense, full body workout. It takes place both inside and outside, depending on the weather.  Bootcamp is led by New Life Fitness owner, Lori and Personal Trainer Susan Hahn.


STEP Class

Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular platform  Our classes combine step aerobics with body sculpting and core work. This class will get your heart and lungs in shape while toning your whole body. Our step aerobics class is a terrific cross-training activity. Taught by Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Melanie.
