Cardio & Strength

 

Classes change on a daily basis, with emphasis on Strengthening with Cardio Bursts.  Use of Strength Machines, Cardio Machines, Free Weights, Bars, TRX. Taught by New Life Fitness Owner, Lori (40 Minutes).

Zumba

Zumba is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. Taught by Dance Fitness Instructor, Nancy.

Cycle

Spin Club is a high intensity, calorie crushing, instructor led workout that utilizes a stationary bike set to specific resistance levels.  Page Johnson leads our Cylce Classes.

Cardio Circut 

Full Body workout in our Group Exercise Room.  Stations include BOSU, Free Weights, Bands, Twist Fit Boards, STEPS, Balance Beam.  Always something new! Taught by New Life Owner, Lori.

PiYo

Combination of Pilates, YOGA and Low Impact Cardio, taught by Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Leader, Melanie. 

STEP Class

Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular platform  Our classes combine step aerobics with body sculpting and core work. This class will get your heart and lungs in shape while toning your whole body. Our step aerobics class is a terrific cross-training activity. Taught by Dance Fitness Instructor, Nancy.

Cardio Punch

On Monday & Wednesday mornings at 9:50 a.m., join Lori for Cardio Punch! This class is a combination of intentional movements to increase strength and cardio endurance. Come early because there is a limited supply of boxing gloves!

Rowing 

Join Lori on Friday mornings in August at 9:50 a.m. for Rowing Class! This class combines both rowing and calisthenics- which makes for a high calorie burning class!
