Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular platform Our classes combine step aerobics with body sculpting and core work. This class will get your heart and lungs in shape while toning your whole body. Our step aerobics class is a terrific cross-training activity. Taught by Dance Fitness Instructor, Nancy.
