New Classes Starting in September

     just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Shana, and I love New Life and all that it stands for. I have 20 years of fitness experience and I used to manage this very gym for 5 years... then, I had babies. 😂  I’m very excited to announce that I am starting a Hip Hop Dance Fitness class on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 10:00am, beginning the week after Labor Day, September 10th!! My mission is to push your limits physically and mentally, while distracting you with joy, laughter, and friendship, as we dance our troubles away together. This is a class that will grow with you and your fitness journey.  No dance experience required! If you haven’t found a class that fits your mold, or if you’ve been looking for a new morning class, please give it a try. (I always recommend committing to any new class 6 times before deciding if it is a good fit for you.)  Please spread the word - I hope to get to know a lot of you very soon! Blessings!
